Innovation Express is a multidisciplinary consulting firm established in 2014 in response to the needs for socio-economic development of Bangladesh. It aims at working as a consulting firm concerned with engineering and socio-economic development issues. Services provided by Innovation Express range from in-depth monitoring, impact evaluation, feasibility studies, project design, implementation management, project monitoring and supervision and quality control. Innovation Express is committed to socio economic development through research, training and consultancy services. The staff includes engineers, architects, surveyors, project managers, construction supervisors, specialists, accountants, and other experienced construction professionals to provide consulting services including project management, evaluation of construction claims, critical path method (CPM) scheduling, facilities consulting, training, management consulting, litigation/mitigation, and value engineering. Capability of Innovation Express is considered as very strong working with communities to ensure beneficiary participation at all stages of project, from planning to implementation, providing training to both project staff and beneficiaries. Innovation Express also provides services for institutional strengthening and capacity building of government agencies with a view to undertaking efficient project management and achieving long-term sustainability.
